Packaged Agents provides an AI agent platform that enables automated company operations including planning, development, marketing, and reporting. Our agents operate autonomously based on your configuration and instructions.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with other users' use of the service; use the platform to generate harmful, misleading, or fraudulent content; reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the platform.

4. Intellectual Property

Content generated by AI agents on your behalf belongs to you. The platform, its design, code, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property. You grant us a license to process your inputs as necessary to provide the service.

5. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination
